The Best of Both Worlds
Kids will be enjoying Markham’s newest indoor multi-sport facility featuring 70,000 sq.ft. of state-of-the-art infill turf field space. Our high quality turf provides a perfect playing field for a multitude of sports. Also, weather dependant we have access to a smoothly-paved court ideal for basketball and road hockey, as well as a groomed running track (if cooler temperatures persist, we will avoid the outdoors and use our indoor facility).

Needless to say, if mother nature sends rain our way, it’s no problem, our campers continue to have a great day of sports inside the Markham Sports Dome.
Extended care needed outside of our operating hours of 9am - 4pm is available on the registration form. Morning extended care will begin at 8am and goes until 9am, the cost is $5.00 (+HST) per camper. Afternoon extended care begins at 4pm and is available until 6pm at a cost of $10.00 (+HST) per camper. If you are late to pick-up your child, you will be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes after 6pm. The late pick-up fee must be paid in CASH at the time of pick-up.
Campers are responsible for bringing their own lunch and snacks. There is a one-hour lunch break that will be supervised by the staff at Markham Sports Dome. We are a peanut free camp. Please do not send peanut products.
There is a registration desk in the Markham Sports Dome lobby where kids are dropped-off and picked-up. An adult, whom is pre-authorized, must sign out a camper by showing ID.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We at the Markham Sports Dome nurture a safe and positive environment. It is expected that all our campers conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. This means, no bullying, fighting or inappropriate behaviour. We strictly enforce these rules.

Welcome to Markham Sports Dome – Kids Sports Camp Programs. We are focused on engaging today’s youth by getting them moving, running, laughing and making new friends. Our kids participate in both skill-development and physical play through a wide variety of sports, including: soccer, bubble soccer, baseball, basketball, frisbee, field hockey, dodgeball, mini-tennis and much more! Come join us in an exciting, challenging and dynamic sporting experience.

Markham Sports Dome – Kids Sports Camp Programs cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of any of the participant’s belongings brought to camp. We strongly recommend that kids leave their personal belongings at home.
We are a peanut free camp. Please do not send peanut products. If such food is brought it will be removed from the environment and returned to the child’s parent at the end of the day with a reminder of our food policy.
If your child has a severe food allergy, let us know in advance. If this allergy is airborne or very severe we will send out a notification to all parents informing them of an allergy and asking them not to pack their children with that specific food.
Please note: All children carrying epi-pens will need to provide the camp with a second epi-pen to be kept in the camp office for emergency use only.
At the Markham Sports Dome, there is a reception desk at the front door, acting as the gateway to the dome (inside and out). All pick-ups by parents and guardians require the display of ID to a program staff member, that matches the preauthorized pick-up person(s). This is a mandatory process, ensuring safety to the program patrons. Without ID, our staff will contact the authorized person(s), confirming pick-up.
1/ All requests for refunds must be made in writing, via email to: email@example.com
2/ A $20 non-refundable administration fee is applied to any and all cancellations
3/ No refunds will be given with less than 14 days notice before the start date of the sports program
4/ No show = No refund
5/ In all circumstances, a full refund will be issued for withdrawals due to medical reasons when a medical certificate is presented
6/ Exclusive to our “Kids After School Sports Program”; paid days can be moved/interchanged for future dates ONLY if notice is given before the paid day
FULL DAY CAMP – EXTENDED HOURS

Cost of the program is $25 per week for the 8-9am session and $50 per week for the 4-6pm session (HST not included). If you are late to pick-up your child, you will be charged $5.00 for every 15 minutes you are late after 6pm. The late pick-up fee must be paid in CASH at the time of pick-up.
FULL DAY CAMP – INDIVIDUAL FULL DAY & HALF DAY RATES
A camper may attend camp for any individual Full Day rate of $50 per day or Half Day rate of $30 for AM or PM (HST not included). Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Interact or cash at the time of drop-off.
Code of Conduct
We at Markham Sports Dome – Kids Sports Camp Programs nurture a safe and positive environment. It is expected that all our camp program participants conduct themselves in an appropriate manner.
STANDARDS OF BEHAVIOUR
Our “Code of Conduct” identifies standards of behaviour that apply to all children enrolled within the program. These standards provide a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Demonstrates respect for all (themselves, others, and authority)
- Come to camp prepared to become fully engaged in activities
- Refrain from bringing anything to camp that may compromise the safety of others
- Follow the established rules
- Show proper care and regard to the camp property and the property of others
- Do not bully or harass
- Do not inflict or encourage others to inflict bodily harm on another person
- Seek staff assistance to resolve conflict peacefully
- Accept the direction of the instructor or authorized supervising adults
KIDS SPORTS CAMP PROGRAM RULES
These rules must be followed by all to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
- Respect all those around you
- Play/perform in a safe and controlled manor to ensure safety
- Must not cause harm (physical, emotional, or psychological) to anyone
- Come prepared for camp with proper apparel and footwear
- Help keep the camp facility clean by using proper waste disposal
- Only water is allowed on the turf field area (no juice, food, or gum)
- HAVE FUN!
THREE STRIKE RULE
Any violation of the “Code of Conduct” may result in a disciplinary action. Our camp programs follows a three strike rule. Prior to receiving a strike, the child will receive redirection from the supervising staff member to more appropriate behaviour and the child will be reminded of the behaviour guidelines and program rules. If the child continues to not follow the “Code of Conduct”, then he/she will begin the strike process.
It is as following:
Elimination from activity for a set amount of time
Child will be sent home for the remainder of the day (applies to full day campers)
Child will be asked to leave the camp program indefinitely
After every strike given, parents will be notified, verbally or in writing and it will be recorded. Handing out strikes will be at the supervising staff member’s discretion.
